VAPTIO TELA Review: Can One Pod Really Last 100mL?

The VAPTIO TELA pairs a 1500mAh battery with 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω Nolik-T pods. We test flavor, leaks, charging and the claimed 100mL pod life.

Quick verdict: The VAPTIO TELA is a convincing refillable pod kit for adult vapers who switch between a tight MTL draw and a warmer restricted-direct-lung vape. Our review sample stayed dry and delivered clean flavor across two weeks. The headline “up to 100mL pod lifespan” remains a VAPTIO laboratory claim, not a result we independently completed.

What we liked

  • 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω pods provide genuinely different draw styles.
  • Normal and Boost modes change warmth without menu diving.
  • 1500mAh battery comfortably suits a full-size pod kit.
  • Our sample produced no visible leaks during two weeks.
  • Zinc-alloy body and soft-touch panel feel more premium than the price class suggests.

What could be better

  • The “up to 100mL” pod claim is easy to misread as a guarantee.
  • The 119.3mm body is tall for a pocket pod.
  • Status feedback is basic compared with screen-equipped rivals.
  • Nolik-T pods use a proprietary format.
  • Exact runtime changes substantially between Normal and Boost modes.

What is the VAPTIO TELA?

The VAPTIO TELA is a 30W refillable pod kit built around VAPTIO’s Nolik-T cartridge platform. A 1500mAh battery, automatic power matching, adjustable airflow and two power modes let one device cover both mouth-to-lung and restricted-direct-lung vaping without an on-screen menu.

The retail kit includes a 0.6Ω Nolik-T pod and a 0.8Ω Nolik-T pod. That pairing matters more than the maximum wattage: the two pods change the temperature, airflow and e-liquid suitability enough to make the TELA feel like two distinct setups.

Can a VAPTIO TELA pod really last 100mL?

VAPTIO says a Nolik-T pod can support up to 100mL of e-liquid use under its laboratory testing standard. The company attributes the result to a mesh structure designed to reduce carbon buildup by 50%, and it states that actual lifespan varies with usage habits.

Our review did not consume and document a full 100mL through one pod, so we do not present 100mL as a VapeRisk measurement. Across two weeks of normal use, however, both included pods retained clean flavor and produced no burnt taste or dry hits, including during repeated draws. That result supports good short-term coil behavior, not a universal 100mL guarantee.

Claim check: “Up to 100mL” is a manufacturer laboratory result. Sweetener level, liquid viscosity, power mode, draw length and refill habits can shorten pod life.

How do the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω Nolik-T pods compare?

Pod Our experience Best starting use
0.6Ω Warmer, denser vapor with a looser restricted-direct-lung draw. Boost adds noticeable heat and throat hit. Lower-nicotine freebase liquid and users who want more vapor.
0.8Ω Cooler, tighter and quieter. Flavor stayed crisp and nicotine delivery felt smoother in Normal mode. MTL use and nicotine-salt liquids at an appropriate strength.

We scored the 0.8Ω pod slightly higher because it fits the TELA’s simple, all-day character. The 0.6Ω pod is the more expressive option and makes better use of Boost mode. Neither pod felt like an afterthought.

Does the VAPTIO TELA leak?

Our VAPTIO TELA sample produced no visible leaking during the two-week review period. The fill seal remained closed, the magnetic contact area stayed dry and repeated refills did not leave e-liquid around the base of the pod.

That observation applies to our sample and test period. VAPTIO markets the Nolik system as leak-resistant and describes a multi-stage internal structure, but no refillable pod should be treated as permanently leak-proof under every liquid, temperature and storage condition.

Design and daily usability

The zinc-alloy frame gives the TELA more weight and rigidity than a basic plastic pod. Rounded edges prevent the 119.3mm body from feeling awkward, while the contrasting soft-touch panel improves grip. After a week of daily carry, our unit showed no obvious finish damage.

There is no menu system to learn. The TELA activates when you inhale, matches output to the installed pod and uses a physical control to switch between Normal and Boost. Adjustable airflow covers a tight cigarette-style draw through to a looser restricted-direct-lung inhale.

The trade-off is limited feedback. Users who want a color screen, puff counter or exact wattage control will find the TELA basic. Users who dislike nested settings may see the same simplicity as its strongest design decision.

Battery life and charging

The 1500mAh battery lasted roughly 10–12 hours of moderate use in Normal mode during our review. More frequent use of Boost reduced runtime to about 7–8 hours. Draw length, pod resistance and frequency make those figures user-dependent rather than fixed specifications.

VAPTIO specifies USB-C charging at 5V/2A. Our device reached a full charge in just over one hour. The indicator uses green, blue and red states to communicate remaining charge, which is easy to understand even though it is less precise than a percentage display.

Normal mode vs Boost mode

Normal mode is the better default for most daily use. It keeps the draw cooler, stretches battery life and worked particularly well with the 0.8Ω pod. Boost mode increases warmth, vapor density and throat hit; its effect is clearest with the 0.6Ω pod.

Boost is useful because it changes the vape without asking users to choose an exact wattage. It is not free performance: the warmer setting drains the battery faster and can accelerate e-liquid and pod consumption.

Who should buy the VAPTIO TELA?

The VAPTIO TELA suits adult vapers who want a refillable device that can move between MTL and restricted-direct-lung use without manual wattage setup. It is especially convincing for someone who values build quality, long battery capacity and simple physical controls over a large display.

Skip the TELA if compact size, universal pod compatibility or exact power control is the priority. The device is tall, the Nolik-T format is proprietary and its biggest lifespan number remains conditional.

VapeRisk verdict

The VAPTIO TELA earns an 8.8/10 because its flexibility comes from useful hardware rather than extra menus. The 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω pods feel meaningfully different, Normal and Boost modes are easy to understand, and our sample stayed clean and consistent over two weeks.

The correct reason to buy the TELA is not the largest number in the marketing. Buy it for the strong MTL/RDL range, comfortable controls and 1500mAh battery. Treat the up-to-100mL lifespan as a VAPTIO laboratory claim until independent long-duration testing reproduces it.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a VAPTIO TELA pod last?

VAPTIO claims up to 100mL under its Nolik laboratory standard, with actual lifespan varying by use. Our two-week review found no burnt taste or dry hits, but we did not independently complete a documented 100mL test.

Which TELA pod is best for MTL vaping?

The included 0.8Ω Nolik-T pod gave the tighter, cooler and more cigarette-like MTL draw in our testing. The 0.6Ω pod is warmer and better suited to a looser restricted-direct-lung inhale.

Does the VAPTIO TELA have adjustable airflow?

Yes. The airflow control lets users move from a tight MTL draw to a looser restricted-direct-lung draw.

How fast does the VAPTIO TELA charge?

VAPTIO specifies USB-C charging at 5V/2A. Our review unit took just over one hour to charge fully.

Is the VAPTIO TELA leak-proof?

No refillable pod should be guaranteed leak-proof in every condition. Our sample showed no visible leaks during two weeks, while VAPTIO describes the Nolik-T design as leak-resistant.

Review basis and sources

Testing basis: Hands-on use of the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω included pods over two weeks, including Normal and Boost modes, adjustable airflow, repeated refilling, chain vaping and USB-C charging. This was a traditional product review, not a laboratory pod-lifespan test.
