VapeRisk works with compliant, adult-focused partners that value clear disclosure, evidence-led information, and independent testing.
Quick answer: VapeRisk accepts only adult-focused, clearly labelled advertising or partnership proposals that pass market, claims, age-gating and editorial-independence review. Evidence-led packages can sit near Labs, compliance or retail-intelligence coverage, but a partner cannot buy a score, ranking, favourable conclusion or test result.
Who We Work With
We consider partnerships with lawful nicotine and vape businesses, adult retailers and distributors, testing and research services, compliance and verification providers, and industry events. Every proposal is reviewed for its market, audience controls, product claims, and fit with our editorial standards.
We do not promise availability in any jurisdiction. Partners remain responsible for the legality, substantiation, age-gating, and destination-page compliance of their products and campaigns.
Partnership Formats
- Clearly labelled display and newsletter placements: adult-appropriate creative and destination pages, subject to compliance review.
- Sponsored market or educational briefings: distinct paid-content placements with a visible sponsor label and editorial review for accuracy and claims.
- Event and industry coverage support: sponsorship of a coverage series or information hub, without control over reporting, source selection, or conclusions.
- Compliance and verification partnerships: placements beside relevant B2B information, separated from editorial recommendations.
Formats, placement, timing, and measurement are confirmed only after a written scope and compliance review.
Evidence-Led Partnership Packages
For the editorial evidence standard behind these packages, review VapeRisk Labs and the maintained Claimed vs Measured evidence hub.
Launch Evidence File
For an exact device, pod, refill, or market variant. VapeRisk prepares a source-labelled specification and availability file, separates supplied claims from verified facts, and reports only measured page, search, referral, and interaction results. Partners must provide the exact SKU, intended market, manual, pack images, product source, and evidence for material claims.
Independent Claim-Check Sponsorship
For partners willing to supply a traceable sample and accept an independent method and result. The published work identifies the test question, sample, conditions, method, observations, and limitations; sponsorship cannot purchase a score, favourable finding, pre-approval, or removal of negative results.
Regulation-to-Retail Briefing
For age-verification, packaging, compliance, payments, logistics, retail-software, legal-information, and distributor partners. The briefing uses primary-source timelines and retailer evidence checks, but it is not legal advice and cannot claim that a service guarantees compliance.
Event And Distributor Intelligence
For adult-industry events, distributors, testing providers, and B2B services. VapeRisk separates announced products, displayed products, supplied samples, and verified retail availability, with a dated source ledger and correction window.
Each package is quoted from its written scope, research depth, markets, SKUs, sample handling, media, update window, placement, and reporting requirements. We do not price from unverified reach or promise a publication outcome before evidence and compliance review.
What We Do Not Accept
- Marketing directed at minors or creative that could reasonably appeal to them.
- Unsubstantiated health, safety, reduced-risk, cessation, therapeutic, or legal claims.
- Promotion of products or sales practices that are unlawful in the intended market.
- Payment for a review score, favourable conclusion, product ranking, exclusion of competitors, or removal of negative findings.
- Undisclosed advertorials, lookalike editorial pages, or sponsorship that obscures the commercial relationship.
Independent Testing And Editorial Control
Advertising does not purchase editorial coverage. Our editors and testers retain control over whether to cover a product, how to test it, what sources to use, and what conclusions to publish. A commercial partner cannot approve an editorial verdict before publication or require changes that alter a finding.
Product samples, affiliate relationships, paid content, and other material connections are handled under our Sponsorship Standards. Read our Editorial Policy, Review Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure for the public record.
How A Partnership Is Reviewed
- Send a short brief with your company or legal entity, product category or exact SKU if relevant, intended market, proposed package or format, optional budget range or fixed-scope ceiling, target dates, destination URL, age-gating approach, available sample or source documents, and the contact responsible for claims review.
- We review the proposal for audience suitability, claims, labelling, geography, and conflicts with active editorial work.
- Approved work is documented in a written scope that defines placement, labels, disclosures, and responsibilities.
- Creative is checked before launch; editorial coverage, where it exists, stays under the editorial team’s control.
